I own registered copies of Acronis Partition Expert, Acronis OS Selector, Acronis True Image and now Acronis Privacy Expert Suite. Recently, I had a problem with not being able to create a bootable CD with Acronis Partition Expert and contacted Technical Support by e-mail.
The response from Technical Support was absolutely terrific. Every effort was made to solve my problem over a period of time and after a number of "fixes" were tried, the problem was overcome.
I was impressed by the commitment of your Technical Support to sorting out my problem — this is in direct contrast to some other major software companies whose products I have and whose support I have requested.
Because of this, I have since purchased Acronis True Image and Acronis Privacy Expert Suite. Your software is, for me, excellent and I shall continue to use it in favour of other similar software which I own. I shall not be purchasing "their" upgrades and new versions in future but shall continue with Acronis.
